With the sample approved, we confirm material references and organise sourcing for the agreed quantities. Supplier minimums and availability are checked; any proposed substitution must be agreed before production.

Result: Confirmed materials and components for the order.

We plan and coordinate cutting, preparation, assembly, stitching and finishing for the confirmed order. The approved sample and specifications remain the reference throughout manufacturing.

Result: Production completed against the agreed standard.

Checks take place during manufacturing and before delivery. We review dimensions, construction, stitching, edges, lining, hardware and function against the approved sample and resolve identified issues before packing.

Result: Order checked against the approved sample and requirements.

We package products to the agreed specifications and organise shipment under the confirmed conditions. Our team remains available for reorders, new colours, variants and subsequent production projects.
