Manufacturing

One approved sample. Repeated with care.

Production is the discipline of protecting every decision already made. From cutting to final inspection, we use the approved sample as the standard for every piece.

Cutting

Leather hides are inspected for imperfections and cut by hand, optimising for grain direction and minimising waste.

Brass and metal hardware components organised before assembly
02

Preparation

Edges are skived, reinforcements applied, and components organised. Each piece is marked and matched to its partner.

03

Assembly

Pieces are stitched together with precision. Seam allowances, stitch density, and tension calibrated to each leather type.

Edge Finishing

Edges are hand-painted in multiple coats — sanded, sealed, and polished between each layer for a clean, durable finish.

05

Quality Control

Every bag is inspected point by point: stitching, hardware alignment, edge quality, lining, symmetry, and function.
